Shipping and Return Policy
Headsettechnology.com is dedicated to bringing you the highest quality in audio technology. This includes the shipment of our product, we ship our product through UPS ground. Because we are committed to bringing you the very best (from product to delivery), we request that you inspect your purchase delivery. Please refuse receipt from carrier of any packages that have visible damage upon delivery and contact us immediately. customerservice@headsettechnology.com
If you happen to receive a defective product, incorrectly shipped item, or item that contains concealed damage. Please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@headsettechnology.com within 24-hours of receipt. We value our customer by promptly and correctly filling your orders.
Headset technology will not be held responsible for concealed damage and incorrect shipment claims beyond 24 hours of receipt. Please notify us immediately so we can honor our return policy.
A return Authorization number (RA#) must be assigned to all shipments being returned to Headset technology. The RA# can be obtained by contacting customerservice@headsettechnology.com Each RA# can only be used one time for one shipment. TA#'s are canceled if not used within 12 days.
